Concrete Panel Ltd are a prestressed and precast concrete wall specialist. Manufacturing from this site since 2003 our production capabilities and capacity give us the ability to produce top quality prestressed walling panels to meet most applications. All panels are designed and manufactured in accordance with British Standards - BS5502-22:2003, BS8110-1:1997 and are CE marked. We specialise in concrete wall panels for multiple uses: Division walls, Industrial building walling, Livestock walling, Feed barriers, Grain walling, Silage clamps, Soil / aggregate retention, Recycling / waste storage, Security walls, Flood defence. For freestanding interlocking BLOK-it Lego style blocks - Click Here. Standard prestressed panel heights are: 0.490m, 0.590m, 1.000m, 1.200m. Thickness available are: 100mm - used for livestock and light aggregate storage, 145mm - used for heavyweight goods such as silage clamps, grain walling etc.Lengths can be produced to suit most customer requirements, as standard we manufacture 4.572m (15ft) and 6.096m (20ft) of which we try to hold some of in stock at all times wherever possible, a maximum length produced would be 7m (23ft). There is no cost penalty for making special size panels for you.
