Its founders were Ram and his son, Rav. The company has since grown to include Ram’s other son, AJ, as well as an extensive team of highly experienced workforce, on the ground and in the office. The company specialises in reinforced concrete work and groundworks plus all site logistics, including the supply of skilled construction staff.Ram came to the UK in 1982 from India. He settled here and started work as a labourer before progressing to operating excavation machines. Over the course of his 35+ years’ experience in the construction industry, Ram has worked on many major projects for a wide-range of companies. Setting up Ram & Sons was the obvious next step, consolidating his knowledge and expertise of the sector.
