Allan was fantastic from start to finish with our garden which has been transformed. Allan was very patient in the design stage and visited our property 3 times to ensure that we were absolutely happy with the design of the garden (we changed our minds a number of times!). Allan was always very balanced in providing his thoughts and would be open on the pros and cons of each aspect. He was also very responsive and would always reply in the evenings or weekends. We appreciated Allan’s honesty at times which allowed us to build trust with each other. Allan was always on-site before 8am and would generally work till late to progress the job as fast as possible. He was incredibly clean throughout leaving the driveway spotless every night and his tools would all be cleaned and stacked neatly. My neighbours have all commented how clean and tidy Allan has been which they have not experienced from others. None of this emailing a quote in a couple of days, John-the head of the team-gave us a price there and then and stuck to it.
