Just wanted to say thanks for Monday. Got to say that the pump was simply brilliant. I had no idea that shifting 16m3 of concrete could be so quick and easy. I don't know why I didn't use it for the first 6m3 of concrete which nearly killed me with a wheel barrow!! I was very impressed with the whole set up, your driver was very helpful, totally efficient and thoroughly professional in every way. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in using your services again nor recommending you to anyone else.

Found Oakenshield through Trust a Trader, we received a quote within an hour of the visit. Despite COVID and awful wet weather in the early autumn, the firm finished our patio this week. The job was carried out very professionally, a ground crew to remove the old decking and lay the Type 1, followed by a really experienced slab layer, who took great pride in his work. All staff were really friendly and approachable, they wanted to do a job to please the client. Charles was fanatical about the team leaving the site clean each night and this inspired confidence. The final job was exactly what we had anticipated and has transformed our garden, all we need now is the new block drive and new lawn to set it all off. We would definitely recommend Oakenshield Construction Ltd. We had a small issue with one slab and had a call from Charles to confirm they would be back within a week to sort it out. Really impressed, thank you Oakenshield for transforming our little garden.

Charles was quick to come and have a look at our roof leak issue. He could easily see what root causes were likely to be and talked through different options, being sensitive to different budgets. He and his team were communicative in letting us know about coming to do the job, which was delayed a little due to a previous larger job overrunning. Most importantly, I felt Charles to be trustworthy as there was no upselling whatsoever and he was happy to talk about the technical implications of different jobs. Since the work, the roof (leadwork resetting and new ridge tiles) is yet to be tested by any proper rain – we shall see in due course!
