I work with a simple three-step process:

2. Budget agreement and controls
3. Complete renovation management from start to finish

When we work together I will give you ideas and suggestions. We then collaborate to create the perfect home final design for you. Once the final concept is agreed my role then turns to project management. Ideally, you never have to worry about any details from this point forward.
