Speyroc are experienced developers and building contractors, having worked on a wide range of projects around the UK. From 1968 the business operated as house builders based in Inverness. For many years the company specialised in precast concrete construction delivery and building kit houses through the North of Scotland. These houses particularly suited remote locations at a time when kit housing was prevalent. In 1982 an office was opened in London, From here Speyroc carried out building work for all the central London local authorities, housing trusts along with Cadogan Estates, Grosvenor Estates and Crown Estates. Commercial developments were carried out for Palmerston Holding along with London & Edinburgh Trust. Speyroc has continued to evolve as a company and from its Glasgow office has carried out residential development in the park area and commercial office developments across the West of Scotland. Further developments have been completed at Scottish Enterprise Technology Park, East Kilbride and West of Scotland Science Park. Speculative development of offices and laboratories These projects have been carried out both speculatively and for clients in the technology sector.
