Land & Building Services is a family owned and run business founded in 1990. We pride ourselves on our quality of work and have established a solid reputation for executing successful projects due to our extensive knowledge gained working on an array of projects. This means that we understand, and are ideally suited for construction projects in what can be a complex and challenging environment. We are proud to have worked in and on many award-winning, prestigious projects. Recognised by the Saltire Society Scotland and Historic Scotland for the restoration of Scotland’s oldest iron bridge. Whether the job is big or small we take pride in providing our clients with the highest levels of workmanship resulting in equally high levels of client satisfaction. Our health and safety policy applies to every aspect of our work. We ensure that all works are planned appropriately, and that suitable risk assessments and method statements are in place. Comprehensive staff training is also a core piece of our commitment to health and safety. We currently operate with 30+ full time employees with all site operatives and plant operators CSCS compliant and certified streetworks supervisors and operatives.

Operating in the east coast of Scotland our scope of works includes civil engineering and building contracts big or small from £1000,00 - £1,500,000. Projects vary from carrying out earthworks, drainage and concrete works. Examples include; 1.5km phase - Edinburgh tram network to building a residential car garage locally.

Services include; bridge construction, builder work, demolition, drainage, earthworks, foundation works, gabion baskets, hard landscaping, house building, plant hire, restoration, site clearance, street lighting, stonework, structural and precast concrete, traffic management and utility installation.
