In 1992, Paul and his wife moved to Eastern Europe as missionaries. They utilized their concrete expertise to support their ministry, initially facing challenges in finding suitable materials for the harsh climate. After extensive research, they discovered a company in Cambridge, UK, that provided high-quality materials comparable to those used in America.
