Concrete Rose is a Community Interest Company (CIC) with a Christian ethos and a determination to both deliver, and equip others to provide, first-class care and support for the most vulnerable young people across the UK. We work alongside, and support, those of all faiths (and none), all ethnicities, all genders and all sexualities. Our therapeutic approach is guided by established research in the fields of psychoanalysis and social care and developed in collaboration with leading experts in the field. The heartbeat of our ‘Room to spare’ (supported lodgings) initiative is a network of host individuals, couples and families who are willing to open their home to a young person and provide support and guidance. Our highly qualified team and advisory board includes those with experience in education, safeguarding, youth work and policy and our work is further informed by a focus group of young people.
