I started HomeBySimonBelcher to create the ultimate home space for you to live your life in harmony. We create space that fits your life and gives you that happy, contented feeling each time you walk in the door.
We are a design-led company and consider function, form and budget. Our service covers 'light touch' redesign to full home renovations.

The aim is for you to feel like you have me by your side working on your dream home like it is my own. Which I do, every-time.
I work with a simple three-step process:
- Design consultation, ideas, and suggestion
- Budget agreement and controls
- Complete renovation management from start to finish
When we work together I will give you ideas and suggestions. We then collaborate to create the perfect home final design for you. Once the final concept is agreed my role then turns to project management. Ideally, you never have to worry about any details from this point forward.
