Established in 2009, The Klair Group is a forward thinking, family-run construction & logistics business based in Kent with over 20 years' experience. We take a thoughtful approach to business, considering how to bring positive impacts to all those we interact with. At The Klair Group we live and breathe construction, engineering and logistics. Beyond hitting quality and contractual targets, it is our vision to create experiences for our clients and the community in which we operate that exceed expectations and re-establish what good construction is about. In addition to clients and community, we think holistically by considering how to maximise our positive impacts on the environment, our supply chain and our workforce. Only by running our operations to deliver for all those impacted can we deliver sustainable projects and a sustainable business. We want to be here in 100 years from now and take a long term view on what success looks like. Through considerate planning, motivated staff and the use of our management systems we are able to launch and monitor initiatives and working practices that do good. We enthusiastically engage with neighbours to our construction sites, actively listening to their concerns and amending our operations on a site-by-site basis. We reach out to the councils and local authorities in which we work to support them with projects at no cost. We monitor and minimise emissions and where it is not possible to eliminate them, we offset. We are progressive in our approach to our projects and business, but continue to strive for new levels of performance alongside our clients and partners. We set our goals high and implement with discipline.
